NOTICE OF MEETING

The Fire Board of the Rincon Valley Fire District will meet in regular session on January 11, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at RVFD Station #2 14550 E. Sands Ranch Rd. Vail, AZ 85641. The following topics and any variables thereto, will be subject to Board consideration, discussion, approval, or other action. All items are set for possible action.

Discussion or consultation with the attorneys of the public body in order to consider its position and instruct its attorneys regarding the public body’s position regarding contracts that are the subject of negotiations, in pending or contemplated litigation or in settlement discussions conducted in order to avoid or resolve litigation.

The agenda sets the parameters of the executive session. Only those items specifically listed on the agenda or other matters related thereto may be discussed or considered. NO ACTION MAY BE TAKEN.

All matters discussed in an executive session must be kept confidential by those attending. Finally, no vote may be taken during an executive session. Any final action on an item discussed in an executive session must be taken during a public meeting.
