Mission statement

     The Mission of the Rincon Valley Fire District is to provide professional emergency fire and medical services to the citizens of Vail in the Rincon Valley.

Goals

Safety: To promote fire and life safety awareness to all levels of the community.

Service: To provide services of the greatest possible value for the citizens of the Rincon   

                Valley.

Financial: Maintain required fire district services within the budget.

Growth: To balance district growth within our revenue capabilities and our capacity to deliver 

               services that satisfy the citizens needs.

Personnel: Provide employees an environment that rewards achievement and opportunities

                    for growth.
